All orders are processed within 24 hours and dispatched within 2-3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Our current standard shipping estimates for the United States, Europe, Canada, and Australia are 7-21 business days from your order being dispatched. Shipping to all other countries may take 2-4 weeks depending on the region.

We can correct a wrong address within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, we will do our best to help you change the address but cannot guarantee it will be possible. In this case, we will provide you with instructions on how to contact the courier to resolve this issue.

Yes. All orders have a 24-hour cancellation window. If you request a cancellation within 24 hours of your order being placed, this will be processed immediately.
After 24 hours your order is processed through our facility and cannot be cancelled. If this happens, you may return your order upon receipt.

Yes, we offer returns under several circumstances.

Change of mind: We accept returns due to change of mind within 14 days of your order being delivered. Products must be in original condition, unworn and must be returned in its original packaging. Return shipping costs on returns due to change of mind will be covered by the customer.
Size exchanges: We offer free size exchanges on any footwear orders. All exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery, and footwear must be in original conditions and in original box. Only exchanges are applicable on orders with sizing issues.
Color exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for different colors. Please check the color of your footwear carefully before ordering.
