Shipping Policy

Please note the current pandemic events may incur a delay in the transit of your order. We are working closely with our couriers to monitor potential delays, but at this stage we cannot yet guarantee on-time delivery. Please consider this when placing your order. COVID-19-incurred delays don't grant refunds.

Delivery to the USA, Australia, Canada and most countries in Europe takes between 7-17 working days from the time of dispatch depending on your location, with a 1-3 working-day processing time in our warehouse. You can expect to receive your order within 8-20 working days after purchasing.

Delivery to all other countries takes between 5-21 working days after dispatch depending on the location.

Insured Shipping

We offer Insured Shipping as an option during checkout for guaranteed tracking updates and extra peace of mind on your order. This option provides a full money-back guarantee on your parcel during shipping - if your order is lost in transit or returned to us as a result of failed delivery, you will be covered with a free reshipment.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered during checkout is correct. If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email or reach out directly at with the correct information as soon as possible.

After 24 hours of your order being placed, we cannot guarantee a change of address. In these instances, contact us directly and we will do our best to offer a suitable solution.

Customs/Duty Charges

GLITCH FOOTWEAR is unable to advise what custom charges may be applied to international shipments. Any custom charges are applied at the discretion of the courier and local laws and regulations, and will be payable by the customer.

Please make sure you understand your country's import tax and customs duty regulations before placing an order.

Cancellation Policy

We offer free cancellations on all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. If you need to cancel your order, send us an email at with the subject "CANCEL" within 24 hours of ordering and our Customer Support team will be happy to assist you.

Please note all orders are processed through our warehouse after 24 hours. Once your order has been processed, we cannot apply cancellations. If you still want to cancel your order after 24 hours, please refer to our Return Policy below.
